CREPES

1-1/4 cups flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl beat 3 eggs.

Then mix in :
2-1/2 cups half & half
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  Beat well with wire whisk.  Strain out lumps.  Cover for 30 minutes to allow batter to slighl thicken.
