1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 cup diced ham
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Coat 13x9 casserole dish with Pam. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pop open the rolls, unroll dough and line casserole dish.
Spread potatoes, chopped onion, then ham. Beat eggs with the milk and pepper. Pour over all. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
