POPPYCOCK POPCORN

3 cups popped popcorn
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pecans

Bring to soft ball stage:
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup Karo
1 cup butter

Add 1 tsp. vanilla after soft ball stage.  Pour mixture over popcorn/nut mix.  Toss until popcorn is evening coated.  Pour on a greased cookie sheet.
