CHEESE CAKE

1/3 cup sugar
1 box zwieback, crushed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

Pat in 10-inch pie pan.

3-8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice, grated rind
2 Tbsp. sour cream

Cream together.  Pour over crumbs in pie pan and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread over top of cheese cake and bake another 5 minutes.

1 large - 9 1/2 inch
1 small 5 inch
