Sweet and Sour Chicken

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. corn starch

Brown chicken in butter and oil.  Put chicken in baking dish.  Add 1 can chunk pineapple, drained.  Pour over sauce and bake at 275 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
