1 1/2 lbs. cubed round steak
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 cups sliced onions
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped carrots
Cook in crock pot 6 to 8 hours. Thicken with cornstarch. Serve with rice.
