1 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. canned cream (evaporated milk)
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 cups nut meats (warmed in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes)
Combine ingredient (except nuts) and cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees). Remove from heat and stir in three cups of nut meats (your favorite kind) until well coated. Cool on wax paper. Separate pieces.
